Leroy Merlin, a major actor on the worldwide DIY market and well known across Europe, wanted to reinforce its brand values on the Russian market. Hoet&Hoet developed, in collaboration with the agency Aligning Leadership, a toolkit that allows each staff member to appropriate the brand values through workshops and communication supports to bring life to the brand through its every day activities.
